Details of the 4 Reiki Sessions
On the First session we start with love and light energy to be able to relax and bring down walls of fear, anxiety and uncertainty. We will make a road map to what you want and what is bringing you down. I will ask and search for information and guidance to fulfill your desires.

On the Second session we will go more deeply into the first three chakras to connect you to the earth. We will create a foundation and uncover energy blocks that might be associated with our relationship with our bodies and how we move on this earth.

On the Third session we will only work on the heart chakra. Being the bridge between earth and heaven we will have to give special care and attention to it. Many times the fear of disappointment or the fear of emotional pain keeps us stuck, as if we were deep in the mud. By working on this chakra we are able to open new roads to love and success.

On the Fourth and final session we will focus on the last three chakras to open channels of communication the trust of our intuition and our alignment with the universe.
